I got seriously into yoga about 11 years ago, and gave up my regular workout
routine slowly over the years. I love yoga, but am feeling terribly out of shape
and flabby. I found P90X and am really excited to get back some weight training
and cardio into my routine. I can't wait to see the results!

well, almost 30 days in and I can see some serious results in my body
already. I've reclaimed a bunch of muscle tone I hadn't had in years. I feel

already. I've reclaimed a bunch of muscle tone I hadn't had in years. I feel
more solid and lighter. I'm still waiting for some results in the weight area
(my goal is to lose 10 lbs.), but I trust in the program. I'm looking forward to
the diet change in Phase II of P90X because I've been on the protein blast diet
for so long my body needs a change. 63 more days to go! If I can keep up
this progress I'll be ready for bikini season :-)
