More statistics| nyglasgow I got seriously into yoga about 11 years ago, and gave up my regular workout routine slowly over the years. I love yoga, but am feeling terribly out of shape and flabby. I found P90X and am really excited to get back some weight training and cardio into my routine. I can't wait to see the results! My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
well, almost 30 days in and I can see some serious results in my body already. I've reclaimed a bunch of muscle tone I hadn't had in years. I feel more solid and lighter. I'm still waiting More ... | ?
