Little about me...

I'm Deaf guy from Michigan. I'm 31 year old. I'm weight 410 right now. I know too much. I always wanted be in shape. I always hate to remove my shirt at public. Too embarrassment about overweight. I tried many TV show those gym toys. Nothing work. I always tell myself Easy gym toys don't work. Get real work out! So... P90 is my first try with real work out.

My Goal to reduce all way down to 200-250... I wanted able to go skydive, scuba diving, and able to do many stuff. I already am scuba diver. but It's hard for me to doing scuba. Because as 400 weight. I have inside my body something do with floating... I had to add 300 more lb to weight belt to make me sink. But as belt get heavy. it keep fall off my hip. I has lost few deposit over those belts. I decide to add weight attached to BC (Buoyancy Compensator)That's unsafe thing to do. If I have an emergency. I cant simple just dump weight to float up. I have to swimming to surface. Anyway! My profile "before" picture is my very first time i even take shirt off and take picture and put on public **blush**
