I grew up in Caliand have always been athletic,
competing in swimming. When I moved to the OBX of
North Carolina, I was out of my element and was not taking
care of myself - I was concentrating on being the best
mother I could and taking the best care of my son. Now that he is
older, I am happy to be taking care of me. I feel wonderful
and look forward to being better every day with more

my dear friend, Valerie, introduced me to the yoga booty
ballet. I decided to get up early one morning and do the
video. I have never felt so energized, since that day I get
up every morning and do the video. The skinny jeans have
never fit me so well... Thank You Beach Body!
