More statistics| obxval I am an accountant in eastern North Carolina. I do at least an hour of yoga every morning and walk/run at least a half an hour every evening. When I need motivation, I bring out the DVDs - Hip Hop Abs or the Slim Series - great jump start! These really help me get through the winter - especially.
