Kirksville, MO I really don't know what to say about myself other than I am in great need of getting in shape. I am 44 years old, work full time as a dental assistant, have a 15 and 13 year old that keep me on the run, and of course husband and household to take care of. Seems as though I have great trouble finding time for myself. Finally though,, I am MAKING time for myself and TAKING the time to workout. I really don't know what to say about myself other than I am in great need of getting in shape. I am 44 years old, work full time as a dental assistant, have a 15 and 13 year old that keep me on the run, and of course husband and household to take care of. Seems as though I have great trouble finding time for myself. Finally though,, I am MAKING time for myself and TAKING the time to workout. This is a first for me. I love to travel, read, walk, animals,and anything that involves the kids.

I honestly did not think that I would ever have a transformation story to tell, but,, after making and taking time for myself, I do have something to be proud of. I became a member of this awesome Beachbody community in Dec of 2007. It took me until March 08 and a trip booked to Cabo before I really started working out seriously. You see, I had just taken a trip in Nov 07 to Costa Rica and had a few unbecoming photos and wanted to improve mainly my energy level and muscle tone. At 5 ft. 9 inches and around 160 lbs. I really was not considered overweight. But, I really looked flabby and out of shape. So,, hence , the desire for change!!!! I started with Chalenes Turbo Jam and Sculpt. Moved on after a couple of months to Tony's P90,, completed,, Master Series,,,completed and now am on my 3rd month of P90X. I see tremendous differences in my muscle tone. My energy level is way up and I generally feel so much better about myself. I turn 45 on March 18,, I am heading to Hawaii to celebrate it and the fact that I Truely AM in the best shape of my life. (So far).. Next goal is that 6 pack that we all want. After 2 children and tipping the scales at 211 lbs each time has made that my biggest challange. But I am going to do it.!!!!!!!!!!
