More statistics| ohlife Hi! I’m 26 years old and currently deployed. Since deploying I have lost 23lbs. I have been doing random work outs and insanity here and there. With my last 30 days I want to really take my workouts seriously and start watching my caloric intake. My Progress My fitness goal: Tone Up Transformation story
i do want to lose weight, but i'm not concerned about the number i'm concerned about how toned my body looks... so while toning i hope to lose something.
