I got married in phenomenal shape, then got engulfed in my career, had kids and lost track of fitness altogether. I am totally inspired by many of the videos I have watched and would like to be an inspiration to others and get in the best shape of my life!

I was always a skinny kid growing up. I played sports since I could remember but was just a beanpole. I guess I was a decent athlete because I was able to play football at the college level.  More ...
I was always a skinny kid growing up. I played sports since I could remember but was just a beanpole. I guess I was a decent athlete because I was able to play football at the college level. Weightlifting was never emphasized through high school so I was given a heavy dose when I got to the next level. I was always competitive and this was a whole new world for me. I graduated high school at 175 lbs dripping wet and finished my college career at 232!! I was big and relatively lean. After college, there was no reason for me to be that big so I went on a huge weight reduction regimen. I got down to 187 and was absolutely ripped. That's when I met my wife. Well, I then had to get a job, I mean a career, and oops, all of a sudden we have two kids. Before I knew it I was up to 230 and completely different than my old football playing days. I have teetered back and forth with my weight over the last 5 years but have never gotten back to where I would like. I have had enough and P90X is going to be my savior!!
