I am a blessed child of God. I am married to the love of my life and we are the parents of 4 awesome children. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. I served 12 yrs in the Army Reserves. Growing up I was always active and in shape. At the age of 16 I was a certified aerobics instructor. I was involved in all kinds of sports in school. After I had my first child I could not find my way back to getting into shape or the energy to workout the way I use to. I lost all motivation to keep in shape. I did lose weight but gained double back after every diet I did. I have tried every diet pill and lose weight quick diet that is out there. I have finally decided to stop this insanity and do this the "right way"! I need to changed my lifestyle and be healthy for my children and family.

As a Resitered Nurse, I am constantly talking to patients about haveing a healthy lifestyle and making sure they stay healthy and make the right choices. I realize that I do not practice what I preach.

I would love to lose about 30 lbs and feel ALIVE again!! I pray that this journey will help me find myself and bring out that "FUN" person I use to be. This is a journey long time coming. I am exicted and looking forward to seeing how far I can go.
