Transformation story

For the most part i have been working out once in a while not often maybe 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes, running and doing cruchies that was pretty much it. I knew i needed to do more but just More ...
For the most part i have been working out once in a while not often maybe 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes, running and doing cruchies that was pretty much it. I knew i needed to do more but just couldn't find the time. Eating wasn't good either i would eat anytime night or day and i would eat any and everything that was there to be eaten.Of course that wasn't good for my body. I made the decision to get back in shape when a friend of mine ask me when is my due date. I am always up late at nights watching tv and snacking on chips and sodas, flipping through the channels i came across an infomercial with P90X. It seem interesting so i decided to give it a try. Went online saw that it was apart of Beachbody checked it out and liked it. After joining beachbody and started following a more stable routine and balancing my diet i started to see some amazing results. My goal is to one day compete professionally in track and field and by the looks of things i might get back sooner than i had previously thought.
