Over the years, I have gained quite a bit of weight, mainly due to fast food and poor eating habits. I am neither smoker nor a drinker. I have been married for the last 14 years, and I am proud parent of two awesome kids.

I have worked for the Broadcast Industry for about 10 years and currently working as a Earth Station Operator for a major Satellite Company.

As to my demons (fast food,

As to my demons (fast food, junk food, etc), well my picture says it all. I want to change my physical appearance and claim what’s rightfully mine. So, I have come to conclusion as I turned 42 years old that this year of 2009, will be the year of my physical transformation.
I realize it won't be an easy process, but I am will to do what ever it takes to accomplish it.
