Hi All, My name is Robert, my friends call me RG.If I have been assigned as your coach you can contact me at rgdaniels2@yahoo.com, im here to help you reach your goals physically and financially. Im 41, married and have kids.I live in southeast Texas and love the outdoors, hunting and fishing.Im ready to get in shape and change my lifestyle.I have spent the last twenty years of my adult life enjoying to much food and drink.I used food as a pick me up when i was feeling down or stressed.Being overweight didn't feel like a problem until the last few years when i started feeling tired all the time and my feet and knees started hurting.I work in a chemical plant where we have shift work, meaning i rotate day and night shifts.I also noticed i didn't have the energy i used to on the night shift.As stated previously i love the outdoors and i sure noticed my fitness level was hampering my outdoor pursuits.But the thing that motivated me to get in shape the most was my son telling me all i do is sit on the couch and i never wanted to throw the football with him or anything.I had heard my wife say this many times and never bothered me,but it hit home when my ten year old said it.This is what led me to Beachbody and wanting to be a coach and help motivate people and keep me motivated.

I was setting at work one night listening to the guys talking about a program they started called P90X and it sounded interesting.I went home that morning and turned on the TV before i went to bed and to my amazement there was a P90X commercial on.I sat and watched it thinking is someone trying to tell me something,i mean im 41 setting here overweight an eating a breakfast sandwich an drinking a beer before i go to bed off the night shift.So i took that as a sign to take control off my health.I havent worked out since 1988 in college so i figured P90X would be to extreme to start so i ordered P90 Boot Camp an 30 days later i feel better than i have in years.I have found my heart burn has completely gone and i am sleeping better than ever.My stamina and hear rate have also improved.I cant thank Beachbody enough for these complete programs that help people take control of their health.And i have P90X on the way,Ill be ready for my next challenge.
