More statistics| ozzy1 windsor, ON i have recently had both knees replaced with new titanium ones and have recouped but with a whole lot of extra weight so i would like to work at healthy food choices and workouts. i am on disability because of arm injuries and repeated surgeries so i have to be careful what excercises i do but i am home to workout alot more than most. | ?
