I am 43 years old and a father of two amazing boys. I have always been extremely athletic and love playing ball. Over the past couple of years I had gained around 20 lbs and decided I didn't just want to lose some weight, but truly get into shape. I have some friends who are on the P90X program and loving it so I figured I would give it a try. Let's see if it is all it is cracked up to be.
