I'm a 26 year old licensed plumber. I've lived in Massachusetts all my life. I have 1 brother and two sisters. My mother is a Beachbody coach and got me involved with P90X. When I'm not working or doing my Beachbody workouts, I play guitar. I have been to Bonaroo in Tennessee and love all types of music, but classic rock is my favorite.

I'm starting my journey January 25, 2009. Being an athlete most of my younger days (basketball and football), I've always been in pretty good shape, however, after my twenties, I've started packing on some belly fat. Being a plumber is a very physical job and I now realize I need to get back in shape! My goal is to get to a reasonable weight and ripped!
