Married father of 2 boys, 17 and 5.... busy doesnt begin to describe it. Work on computers all day then try to spend time with the family and playing with the kids. Workouts fit in there somewhere. Oh, and I love to eat!

Just started P90X. About 2 years ago I was 220, fat sitting behind a desk eating KrispyKream donuts by the dozen. When my oldest son started wrestling (and getting stronger than me) I decided it was time to get back in shape. We had a small gym at work, and with a buddy we started some random workouts... riding the bike, eliptical, treadmill and some weights. I also decided to try and clean up my eating habits, stopped having fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (not kidding). After a year I was down ~50 pounds. Things leveled off, but wrestling season had come around again. My son was going to be wrestling at 160 and needed to cut weight, the whole season... so I decided I would get down to 160 also. We continued to workout at the office, plus I added Jiu Jitsu a couple nights a week. Made it to 160, but still had ~14-15% BF and the dreaded belly roll. Summer came and we started mountain biking and lifting more, but never could get completely shredded. In sept we closed the office with the gym, and I started having some big problems with my rotator cuffs. Just finished physical therapy on the shoulders, and after no lifting/exercise over the winter, feeling pretty weak and flabby (let my eating go a bit too). I decided P90X is what I needed to kick my but in gear and get the '300' body. We'll see what happens. Keeping my body injury free and my diet on track are going to be my BIGGEST issues.
