Today we basically strive to eat a balanced, clean diet and stay active an fit. Beachbody workouts are a major part of our lifestyle. I personally own and have completed most of their dvd programs. My latest project is INSANITY and I can't believe my results already after only a week! Shakeology is also my new favorite supplement. It is a delicious shake with more than enough nutrition for an entire day in just one delicious glass.
