My goal is to lose 40 pounds and work out at least 5 days a week consistently. My favorite workout so far is ChaLEAN Extreme with the "muscle burns fat" approach. I am also utilizing the Club More ...
My goal is to lose 40 pounds and work out at least 5 days a week consistently. My favorite workout so far is ChaLEAN Extreme with the "muscle burns fat" approach. I am also utilizing the Club Membership for encouragement and great ideas, especially Thin Kitchen and Trainers Tips. I do drink Chocolate Shakeology daily to help insure good nutrition. When I reach my goal I know I will feel like a million dollars by doing this the right way!
