More statistics| pambabcock Hello and welcome to my website, I have always believed that fitness is important, but as I get closer to 50, I realize just how important it is to healthy aging. After spending some extensive time in a nursing home caring for a 91 year-old friend as an advocate and coach, I observed a lot.
