Life got very busy for me in veterinary school, and I began spending less time focusing on my health and fitness, and focusing more on doing well in school
Hey everybody!! Let me first introduce myself. My name is Pam Kloepfer. I graduated from veterinary school in June 2010 from The Ohio State University, and spent the past year at Louisiana State going through an intense rotating internship. Life got very busy for me in veterinary school, and I began spending less time focusing on my health and fitness, and focusing more on doing well in school and trying to make everyone else happy. Needless to say, I gained a bit of weight during those four years, and dealt with significant depression and issues with poor self esteem. I had been a fan of Chalene Johnson and all of her programs for a long time, but without any support and motivation from family and friends, I would always find some excuse to skip workouts and not eat healthy. When I moved on to my internship this past year, I did begin working out more and try to eat better, but my work hours were so long that I still had trouble maintaining a consistent schedule.
When I finished the internship this June, I moved back to Columbus, OH, and I made a promise to myself that I was going to start working out consistently again, and get back to a healthy state, both mentally and physically. I decided that finally joining Team Beachbody was the way to achieve my goals. Joining Team Beachbody has been a major factor in me getting back on track. Going into WOWY everyday to log my workouts helps keep accountability fo myself, and keeps me motivated. Plus, I have met some amazing people who have proven to be the support that I have been needing to help me achieve my goals :)
Like I said earlier, I am a HUGE Chalene Johnson fan! She is amazing, and such an inspiration to me:) I have gone through Chalean Extreme and Turbofire (love them both!), and I am currently doing a hybrid of the two. I feel better than I have in years, and I have Team Beachbody to thank for that :) I have gotten to the point that I look forward to my workouts everyday after work :)
I am super super happy to now be a Beachbody coach, and be able to help others achieve their goals, just like my coach has for me :)
