I'm Paula. I'm an at-home mother of five who understand the struggles with eating healthy while pregnant (when the rest of the world says to enjoy eating for two!), and in getting that past-baby weight to disappear.

Through various health situations in our family, I've had to research and learn about the importance of eating whole foods and keeping fit with exercise.

For years I've tried one diet after another. Low-fat diets, low-carb, fasts, and everything in between. There's a lot of hype about each one and after awhile you just want to throw in the towel.

Eventually I realized that eating whole and non-processed foods were better. I found that carbs and fats weren't all bad and I've base my diet on the book Trim, Healthy Mama. I've seen great results and finally have the freedom to eat the foods I love in a wise way.
