Vancouver, WA My name is Paul Olson and I am 33 years Old. I am happily married with a daughter (possibly the next Jenny Finch). During high school I played sports and weighed in at 148 lbs. when I graduated. 16 years later I hit my all time low. After having a serious of health issues, heart burn, bad knees, high cholesterol, weighed 245 lbs. at one point, etc... It was time to do something about it. After having a serious of health issues, heart burn, bad knees, high cholesterol, weighed 245 lbs. at one point, etc... It was time to do something about it. I had tried all the fad diets. One of them was more than likely to blame for helping my high cholesterol. The gym was my next best bet. All that did was help me maintain and at a high price. I soon became unmotivated to even go. It wasn’t until my good friend Chris Dye told me about this program called Power 90 (cost the same amount I paid for one month at a health club. That doesn’t even take into account the startup cost). I had no idea what it was until he told me that was from the people who do p90x the commercial on TV. With great skepticism I listened. How could some infomercial help me get in shape? I had already been down that road without success. He told me about how the power 90 is not as intense and I work out at my comfort level. It could provide a similar type result. There was no one pushing me to try and do more than I can do. Not to mention the fact that it had a 90 day money back guarantee if I didn’t see the results I was expecting, I could return it. That was all I needed to try it. Now 45 days into it, I am glad I did and look forward to starting p90x. Something I never thought I would be able to do. I owe all my success to Chris. If he never told me about this program, I doubt I would have had the same success I have had. That’s why today, I am a Beach Body Coach.

I finished the Power 90 on 6-5-2008 and fell a few pounds short of my secondary goal of 40 lbs. However, the main goal was to get healthy and I accomplished that. Now I will start on the Power 90 master series to reach my new goal.
When I started the Power 90, I weighed in at 240. I dropped my caloric intake down to 1200-1300 calories for a couple weeks until I started working out harder. I started noticing a big difference in how I felt. I even noticed something I never had before, ABS! What the heck are those? I started off not being able to do a lot of the workouts. I had a hard time finishing 100 AB crunches. Heck I could only do a couple pushups and want to collapse. Now I am doing the 200 AB crunches and can do up to 20 pushups. I found that at first the inches dropped faster than the weight. That has changed. As of my 45th day, I am down to 218. My wife was a non-believer at first, now she is in her second week of the Power 90. I have so much extra energy; I do them with her after I do my own and still have energy to play with my 6 year old daughter. The rest is to be continued….
