I was heavy into weightlifting and sports from about 1985-1992. I completed the Police Academy in 1993 and was in the hiring process when I was in a car accident. I herniated 2 disc’s in lower back. It took me a full 4 years to recover from that injury to the point I could start excercising and working out again. Then life happened as is does to all of us. I started putting on weight. Nutrition
