My name is Roland, 36 at the time of this writing, and motivated to get to the finish line! I'm married with 2 kids and a dog, the owner of a business called PDnFull.com (rapid mortgage payoff) and I've wanted to have a "beach body" for a long time. I've always been thin, and want to bulk up a little. Just recently I read "...to begin living the life of your dreams, you must simply begin.

This seemed like as good a time as any, so here I am, pushin' play. I'm looking forward to surprising myself on my day 91 fitness test!
