I have been overweight/obese most of my life, pretty much ever since I can remember. I have tried to get fit several times, but always lost motivation. I have a good reason to follow through now and have committed to doing my best.
I was doing TurboJam it was fun and I was getting results in inches, but not in weight loss. I have since taken a break from working out and have started on the 9th

I am still just beginning, but of course I already feel better. I haven't lost any weight, but I do build muscle fairly quickly so weight loss can come more slowly for me at first. I think I may have slimmed/toned a bit, but it is hard to tell right now. I plan on doing full measurements once a month to track my progress.
