Hi, my name is James Cowan and this is my wife, Suzanne. We live in Pensacola, Florida and have been together for 11 1/2 years (married for 6). We just extended the size of our family with the addition of our new baby boy! My wife and I both love to work out (especially HER) and, we were looking for a gym to join so that she could get the "baby" weight off. After having a c-section, it's been a rough time for her getting back into a workout routine. We realized how difficult it was to go to a gym that offered compliant hours for my shiftwork and finding a gym that offered childcare during hours we could attend. We were recently approached by a fellow church member and friend about this great opportunity to get fit through Team Beachbody. We've been hearing all the hype about P90X and similiar programs and have been skeptical until we recently witnessed the transformation of a couple of our friends. It was amazing! We are now doing P90X ourselves and we both can already feel and see the difference it has made! Suzanne is on her last week of phase 1 and I'm a couple days behind her. We'll post pics and updates as our progress continues!
