Because fitness is a true passion as well as my career, becoming a Team Beach Body coach was an easy decision. I currently utilize techniques used in Power 90, P90X as well as yoga-booty-ballet in my own workouts as well as enhancing my clients programs and of course have them in my personal library. even before Beach Body ever approached me!

What about supplements? What are they for and why do you need them?

First let me just say that as a Personal trainer I see what works and does not work. If you are going to use a supplement program, you must give it a 6-month minimum try, every day. It takes your body 12 weeks to make a permanent change. So every 12 weeks it just gets better and better!

Each person has a particular goal that they are looking to achieve, because of that no two programs are identical. Supplements are meant to add to your current regimen not to replace them. Here are some common goals and the Beach Body products that will help you accelerate your results.
