I'm 52,married 30 years to a wonderful woman. I have 3 great girls who I had a hard time keeping up to,there all over 18 and sports minded. I just kind of let myself go the last 3 or 4 years. Thanks to power90 I'm starting to get that beachbody that I've always wanted. Well I am almost satisfied with my beachbody,but I know I can get better. I have to stay focused.Workingout slipped away for awhile.No exuse.Got back to my after photo.I'm starting P90X 4/23/07.Just finished SI6 4/20/07. Just remember, KEEP PUSHING PLAY and you can do anything you set your mind to.

I just finished with power 90. I lost 22lbs and I can't tell how many inches, didn't really keep track, wish I would of. I never thought I would find a program like this, the best thing I could have seen was the power90 info. Its changing my life. I just had to keep on pushing play. THANKS TONY,and everybody in WOWY. This is the greatest workout program I could have ever gone on. It's taught me alot about getting fit and eating healthy.Now its time to keep up if not improve even better{I know I will}its time for POWER HALF HOUR. Now I'm waiting for SI6. Try to mix it up a little. Thanks again Tony,and all the great people in WOWY.I'm on week 3 of slim in 6.Between P90& SI6 I gave up.I didn't stick to what I learned with P90.I needed the message board and wowy.Right now I look the same as my after picture,so I'm back on track.Just have to remember that theres lots of support in BEACHBODY.Thanks again Tony and now and now Debbie along with all the hard working people in WOWY.Starting P90X 4/23/07,wish me luck.
