I did P90X back in 2009 and dropped from a high of 205 down below 180. I deployed in 2010 for 7 months and again in 2011, April through October. I am in the middle of trying to do P90X a second time as I got back up near 200 pounds by early 2011. I am currently struggling to stay near 180 and can't seem to strip my spare tire. My workouts are going well while deployed, I hope to try

In 2009 I took 120 days to complete P90X and got in the best shape of my life. Come 2011, I was back up near 200 pounds from the 175-180 I had gotten down to. I am deployed to Afghanistan for the second time right now and am working through P90X again, down around 180 and trying to break through 175 or lower.
