I am a retired professional athlete who spent 11 years at my profession. I
had to retire because of injuries on my body over the years. I have had 4
back surgeries and 3 knee surgeries along with a wrist surgery. With my back
I have to walk a very fine line on how I take care of it. If I don't do anything
it's in danger of getting hurt and if I do too much it can go out on me

I will be starting my journey in the middle of August. Because of family travel
and commitments. So I will get back to you then.

The first couple of weeks have been mostly getting through the workouts and
not stopping the tape. I have been doing very well on the diet and have
notices a change starting already in my body. My back is getting stronger as
the weeks continue on, which is such a blessing. So I look forward to getting
back at the one month date.

It has been 30 days and what a transformation so far. It hasn't been easy, but I don't want to stop. I am looking forward to the next 30 days to see what happens. It has been a challenge to keep up the workouts more than the diets. I have not missed any training and my back hasn't felt this good in I don't know how long.

Day 60 is complete and my body feels like it is in the best shape I've been in since playing baseball. My back has been strengthened because of all the core sit-ups and stretching involved. There has been such good transformation that you don't want to push as hard the last month, but I need to keep it going and take my body to the next level. I really enjoy the thread that I am one, we encourage each other and keep each other going. See you at day 90.

Day 90 should of been here, but I had a set back with my back for about 10 days. The good news is that I'm able to get back into it again, only because of the training that I did already. It got me back into the gym (garage) quicker. So that means my P90X has turned into P100X for me. I am at week 12 at the moment and the light is at the end of the tunnel and I look forward to the rest and starting all over again.

Finally done with round 1 of P90X, it was a challenge and a blessing at the same time. It feels good to finish something you start and also to see results that count. My goal is not to stop here but to continue to do other workouts.

I had to start round #2 in July, and that is because I had a set back with my back. I had to have a disectomy on my back and I waited for 3 months for it to heal and with physical therapy and patience. The doctor gave me the clearance to do P90x again. To be honest I feel better now than I have felt in the past. My back feels better and doing what I can do with P90x helps my back's core stay strong. The pics don't lie.
