In terms of fitness, I had always been in that middle ground. I had sport and activities as a child, but I was always the 'thick' girl. I think generally, I build muscle rather quickly.. and I have the broad shoulders build.. so I'll never be suuuper skinny. I'm okay with that. Trust me. Well, I first ordered Turbo Jam from QVC. It arrived, and I played Learn & Burn, and immediately went on to the 20 minute workout. I've been hooked since. At first, I couldn't make it through More ...
Well, I first ordered Turbo Jam from QVC. It arrived, and I played Learn & Burn, and immediately went on to the 20 minute workout. I've been hooked since. At first, I couldn't make it through Cardio Party 1 to save my life. Then, amazingly, I was doing CP1 and the Maximum Results set (Punch, Kick, and Jam is my favorite).
Then, I added other programs. Power 90. Hip Hop Abs. Yoga Booty Ballet. Enjoyed them all for different reasons. Now I just change it up and do whatever workout appeals to me that day.
And now, I'm super excited to now be a personal trainer in the Lafayette, IN area (Purdue country!). And of course, love being a coach for BeachBody as well.
