I lost about 45 pounds on Power 90 several years back before I injured my shoulder and got side-railed. Not I'm back on the wagon. I did power 90 for about three weeks, then picked up P90X. My biggest problem was boredom on Power 90. I just got tired of doing the same workouts with no variety.

I just entered phase 3 of P90X. I started working out again with Power 90 on July 1, 2012. After three weeks, I finally got P90X and started it immediately. I love the variety of P90X! So far I have lost 25 lbs. total, 15 lbs. on P90X. My total cholesterol has dropped from 257 to 123, and my blood pressure has gone down from 150's/90's to 120's/70's.
