I started a part time job in a bakery while my kids were in a school. With people leaving, this turned into a full time job. Now they expanded into a lunch service and will be starting dinner. We don't get much break time and lunch is made for us. Even though I'm burning more calories by being on my feet for 8 hours and I started P90X, I need to have more control of my food intake.

I try to work out about 3 times a week, but not always on a program. 5 or 6 ago I started P90X so I wouldn't continue to gain weight but still let my eating stay totally out of hand.

I try to work out about 3 times a week, but not always on a program. 5 or 6 ago I started P90X so I wouldn't continue to gain weight but still let my eating stay totally out of hand.

Recently I did the 2 Day Fast to let myself feel hungry again and ordered the Shakeology. I connected with my Coach, Jennifer and she helped me with an eating plan. All of our equipment came in for P90X2 so my husband and I are starting today.

My short term goal is to fit back into my pants, but with the workouts and healthy eating, my dream goal is to feel energized!
