I grew up active, played all sports for fun and played Rugby in college. I power lifted for a few years through college and afterwards. The past couple years I've played softball but have not kept up my exercise and added the extra pounds. I'm tired of feeling sluggish and not being able to play sports at the level I was used to before.

I started college 11 years ago at 202 lbs. I gained 20 pounds lifting for Rugby and 20 more power lifting. Since 2002, I've been lazy and gained weight and hit 278. I knew I had to lose when softball became hard to play because of my weight. My goal is ultimately to get back to my college entrance weight by next birthday... June 2010.
