I am full time respiratory therapist in the Number 1 heart center in the country-the Cleveland Clinic. I am also a full time student and I am working to get my BSN in nursing. Between the two, I have slowly begun to forget about caring for myself because I have been so busy taking care of others. I am full time respiratory therapist in the Number 1 heart center in the country-the Cleveland Clinic. I am also a full time student and I am working to get my BSN in nursing. Between the two, I have slowly begun to forget about caring for myself because I have been so busy taking care of others. I am married with no children, but once I am finished with school, I would like to consider having a child. I have watched my weight balloon nearly 50 lbs. from when I was in highschool and I have decided that I need to finally get rid of it!

I took a little hiatus of health after some loved ones passed away, but now I figure that it's time to get back in the saddle. I forgot how much fun this was!! I can already see a change in my attitude and my energy level! I actually look forward to pushing play every day...who knew?! I am a little suprised that I haven't lost more weight, but I am definitly noticing that my clothes are fitting a little better!!! My next goal is to focus more on my diet, so that hopefully, my body will have a bigger transformation next month!
