My history: I got started with Beachbody programs, doing Turbo Jam off and on for a couple of years (sure wish I knew about the coaching opportunity back then!) Anyway, LOVED Turbo Jam, but didn't really commit to it. Then, in 2008, I realized I had started gaining weight, was always tired and had no energy. I knew it was time to get serious about my health and fitness. Got back to my Turbo Jam workouts, and even got my hubby working out with me to Turbo Jam. Since then, I've been working out regularly and slowly, over time, changing the way our family eats. Slow and steady is usually the best way to make changes that stick. It's working for us. We now have over half of the different Beachbody workout programs, and love everyone of them. We switch them out and change up our routines. We started taking Shakeology off and on about a year ago, and during the past few months, are drinking our shakes daily - and love them! We are constantly doing research on healthy food options, food manufacturing, ingredients, etc.
Now, my addiction is fitness and my passion is helping others live healthier, happier lives.

In January, 2009, I decided I was ready for a change. I weighed more than I wanted, had lost almost all of my muscle definition, and was always tired. Since then, I've become a fitness instructor, BeachBody Coach, and advocate that fitness is fun. I love helping people feel good about themselves, and gaining friends along the way. I love what I do, and my body, health and life are better for it! It's hard to go it alone...find a buddy, a coach, or someone to motivate you (in a positive way). You can change your life!

07/31/11 I just made my Commit to Get Fit Pledge with the $100,000 Beachbody Challenge! I'll be doing Chalean Extreme. I'm a little nervous because I'm also teaching three 6am classes, and four More ... 07/21/11 Lately our focus is on nutrition.
