More statistics| pmacaz Phoenix, AZ I have been teaching elementary age for 23 yrs. I'm currently teaching PE and felt if I'm telling kids to get fit, I should set that example as well. I've been working at the gym and dieting and have lost 30lbs. Saw the insanity add on TV and thought I would give it a shot since it was getting harder and harder to squeeze in that 2 hours of time for the gym for lifting and cardio | ?
