At 36, with a 4 1/2 year old son, I have finally succumb to the fact that I can't eat like a teenager and ignore my body any more. I train horses for a living but find that even that doesn't keep my body in tip top shape anymore. I am taking my second crack at betting in shape and staying healthy. I tryed P90X two years ago but didn't get far. I have gained back the 20 pounds I managed to squeak

My future plans are pretty ambitious. First of all, as a professional horse trainer, I have to look athletic to sell myself to future clients. I have always had thick thighs and a, shall we say, prominent booty! I want to walk into a store and have CHOICES when it comes to pants. No more skin tight pants. No more gaping waste bands. No more dressing room frustrations. Who is shaped like this?! I have a closet full of beautiful riding suits for my horseshows that I haven't worn since I had my son. Not buying bigger ones of those either.

I want to look good. I want to be in single digit sizes and I want to have the stamina to get up and go and stay up all day. Is that too much to ask?
