I'm the type of guy that when I look at something that looks good to eat- I'm goin for it. I'm disciplined in so many ways, and when I set my mind to something, I do it to the best of my ability. But the food thing, it's just an escape from reality I guess. When I decided to try something different in my life and go on a journey- the P90X way, I was confident it would work for me-just like it I'm the type of guy that when I look at something that looks good to eat- I'm goin for it. I'm disciplined in so many ways, and when I set my mind to something, I do it to the best of my ability. But the food thing, it's just an escape from reality I guess. When I decided to try something different in my life and go on a journey- the P90X way, I was confident it would work for me-just like it did for so many other people. I thought that it would be just another workout filled with moves that made you feel good, you know- raise your heart rate and that's it. Man- the first day, I couldn't even walk up the stairs when I was done. It was THAT explosive! When I first got down to do some pushups, I was like- ok, this is easy. But... as I got into the chest and back workout, I knew I was in for a ride. I knew right from the second move that this wasn't 'just' another workout meant for boys. It was the most extreme workout- a workout meant for animals. Not just man, nor women, has ever ventured into this mind set. Once you push play- the P90x way anyway, it's like your in another world. No more games, I mean yeah- you can joke around and stuff- but once it goes on boy- you better be ready, and ready to SWEAT- and sweat you WILL! Tony has you beggin to stop from the beginning. But you know what's funny? Tony's been my inspiration for about 10 years now, I've done about every single video he's put out, but never was able to stick to it. For some reason, P90X is very easy to follow. The nutrition part of it was extremely easy for me, my wife just made whatever it had on the menu. I'm in the 4th month of it now, and I changed my routine after the third month from the classic way to the lean routine, looking forward to going on to the doubles routine after my 6th month, and change it around like that. I mean, if you really want a change, this is the way to go. It has changed my life in soo many ways. P90X can change you from where you are in your life to where you want to be 3 months from now. It's not a lie when you watch what the other people say on the infomercial, this really works. Thank you once agiain beachbody. Anthony

I've been through a lot in my life. When I was a kid- 9 years old, I was in a bad car accident. I was thrown in the air about 10 feet before landing on the curb- hitting my head. I was in a coma More ...
I've been through a lot in my life. When I was a kid- 9 years old, I was in a bad car accident. I was thrown in the air about 10 feet before landing on the curb- hitting my head. I was in a coma for 2 months, shattered my left elbow, broke my left femur bone, and had suffered TBI- tramatic brain injury. For the first time in my life, I wasn't sure if I would make it, and neither did my family. As I awoke from a coma, I didn't know where I was or who I was. It was then that I decided that I needed to do something. As I recovered, I gained the knowledge that the only thing that would get you back on your feet and be able to enjoy your life was excercise, I began on a road to recovery- a road that I would do anything in my power to run or walk once again. My whole life untill I was 20- which is when I first learned about Tony Horton and the original power 90, I only walked, did karate, or did my soloflex, which was like the best machine available at the time. When I got power 90 in the mail, I opened up, threw it in the vcr, and got going. Man, I was so happy with it! Finally an answer to getting in shape. It was so easy to do, just pop it in every day, and there you go. I kept pushing play, day after day, week after week, and loved every minute of it. It was like he was my inspiration. But today, being 30 years old, I needed something different. P90X IS DIFFERENT. It's extreme. It's awesome. It's the answer to being overweight. I mean this is the only program that actually CHANGED my outward appearence. The nutrition part of it was a big help too, because 85% of what you put in your stomach determines your success. It's hard at times, you know- parties or whatever, but you can cheat once in a while, lol. If you want to change your body, please give P90X a chance, it will work for you.
