Hello, my name is Cecilia. I am a wife a mother of two and I recently became a grandmother.
I never had a problem with my weight until I became ill with respiratory problems. The steroids & other medication the doctors prescribed had side effects, which resulted in weight gain, mood swings, migraine headaches, etc. After a vicious cycle of 15 years in & out of the hospital, and all of the different prescribed medications. I stopped all medication and began to look for alternative health aids.
I purchased nutritional healing books, organic foods, & consulted an herbalist. I spent all of my time reading, driving to store locations for natural foods, herbs, and proper nutrition, but never taking the time to get fit only trying to get healthy. However, you can’t be healthy without being fit.

My daughter is a Beachbody Coach, and she purchased Shakeology for me. Shakeology, has all of the nutriments my body requires in one glass. I LOVE this product! Since I started taking Shakeology I have lowered my cholesterol, I have more energy, and it has even helped to improve my hair and skin.
