My name is Leah. I have recently moved to the DC area, all alone, after a bad break-up. It has been a tough adjustment and I have gotten out of shape. I am starting P90X to try to get back to my former level of fitness, when I did a lot of rock climbing (which I miss so much!). I am hoping to start up climbing again soon, and hope that the advances I make physically through P90X will help me be

I am starting P90X to try to get back to my former level of fitness, when I did a lot of rock climbing (which I miss so much!). I am hoping to start up climbing again soon, and hope that the advances I make physically through P90X will help me be the best climber I can be. It will also put me in a better frame of mind to take on the challenges of being in a new place. I am also hoping to get abs again, which I have only seen once in my life...at the end of basic training.

After completing P90X, I'd like to try some other programs, especially Insanity. I hope to keep challenging myself every day!
