As a mother of 2 and a full time ARMY wife, we were in the process of moving, again and just had a lot going on. My husband deployed shortly after we moved and I found myself depressed, unenergized, unmotivated, and packing on the pounds! I needed someone to light the fire beneath me! That's what I love about Beachbody! I've never encountered something so motivating and with so much success from so many people...more importantly, real people that I actually know! And the best part about it, it goes where I go! I'm so excited to take this journey with you and I can't wait to see what we can accomplish with Beachbody!!
I've never been a big person but the older I get the more I notice that I gain weight easier. I have about 10 pounds of fat to lose and hope to lose 3 inches in my waist as well.
Well, Shakeology has been part of my life for a whole month now! I've lost 6 pounds and 6 overall inches!! What's amazing about that is the first 2 weeks consisted of shakeology for breakfast, sensible lunch and dinner, and the shakeology 50 workout 3 days a week. The second week consisted of Disney World, shakeology for breakfast and all kinds of food throughout the rest of the day and no workout!! That's right, I kept off the weight even on vacation, eating bad and not working out! Not to mention, I felt amazing! I had more energy than I've ever had in my entire life!! I'm back home now and ready to get back on track and start my "losing" streak once again!
September 5, 2011 I woke up this morning having a "fat" day. I did my 20 minute workout and then decided I would take my dreaded monthly progress photo for the site. I really didn't notice much of a difference in my photo but when I got on the scale and got out the measuring tape, I was blown away!! I've lost 2 pounds this month and another 7 and 1/2 inches overall!!! Talk about getting my motivation back!! I love you, Shakeology! Beachbody rocks!!
