Beltsville, MD I'm a single mom with two boys, one is 16 and other 14 yrs old. I always excercise and been active with sports at school, and after joining the Army you kinda have to :) But now I workout to maintain weight, stay toned and just be healthy. I always been slender with a bit of curves and all but after my pregnacies my after baby tummy still there, I have tried everything but surgery to get rid I'm a single mom with two boys, one is 16 and other 14 yrs old. I always excercise and been active with sports at school, and after joining the Army you kinda have to :) But now I workout to maintain weight, stay toned and just be healthy. I always been slender with a bit of curves and all but after my pregnacies my after baby tummy still there, I have tried everything but surgery to get rid of that belly fat and nothing seems to work, and is hard for me now to work that area cause I have herniated discs and cant do much. I did Hip Hop Abs program because I didnt had to do situps and I loved it!!! I lost like 10 lbs and toned my legs and abs a bit, my middle section definetely look better after the program but still I wanted to be more flat and toned so after Hip Hop Abs I started doind Insanity. OMG, what a challenge, I've worked really hard and intense everyday for 60 days and Im loving the results. Now I'm slimmer, toned and my belly fat left the building, still needs a bit more work cause my skin needs to tight more but I'll continue doing my Beachdody programs alternating them two or three times a week(Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, Chalene Xtreme, Turbo Jam, Yoga Booty Ballet & Shakeology The Workouts)and still loving it, how do my body looks and how I feel, is awesome.
