I was walking around IKEA with my sister when she noticed that I had my first LONG WHITE HAIR! Come on, I am only 33 years old, married for 11 years and have five wonderful children,(10,10,8, 6,& 4). I was walking around IKEA with my sister when she noticed that I had my first LONG WHITE HAIR! Come on, I am only 33 years old, married for 11 years and have five wonderful children,(10,10,8, 6,& 4). Only the white hair reminded me that I am going through a divorce, my children are growing up to fast, and HEY...I haven't taken care of myself in about uh...eleven years now. I have always put everyone else first and for that I am truely blessed, but now God has opened my eyes to see that I need to do is take care of myself too, or there will be no me for everyone else. My mother, who was my everything, died at the age of 53, and that was way too young, but I see so much of her in me; that is going down the same paths she took with her health and exercise. I do have the power to change my direction, and I WILL.
