Let's see about me,I'm a single guy with two grown children, I'm a heavy equiptment opeator on gas pipelines ,so I travel a lot.My job has taken me all over Europe,Austalia and the States and sometimes I find it dificult to keep up with my work out. Basicly I'm starting over from scatch. I started last January and did great for a few months,but then I started working 85 to 90 hrs. per week and just couldn't find the time to continue.Some say you More ...
Basicly I'm starting over from scatch. I started last January and did great for a few months,but then I started working 85 to 90 hrs. per week and just couldn't find the time to continue.Some say you can always find time to work-out but I'm pretty sure they didn't work 90 hrs. per week.
Since then I packed on about 10 lbs., wieghing in at an even 200 lbs. One week ago I changed my diet and started doing turbo jam again and I have aready lost 6 lbs. and I'm feeling great! I'd like to get down around 175 lbs. so,so far so good!
