I started my transition towards my weight lost last year in July. I joined 24hr
Fitness, got a Personal Trainer, 2 days a week, and so far I've lost 50lbs, my
body fat has gone from 45% to 22.1%. I still have 20lbs to lose to reach my goal.
I'm going to reach my Goal or I'm gonna die trying...no matter what!

workouts, cardio, weights, changed my eating completely. I'm a living Kidney

I joined 24hr Fitness, got a Personal Trainer,started working hard with my
workouts, cardio, weights, changed my eating completely. I'm a living Kidney
Donor for my daugther Tyesha and had to lose the weight even before they
would test me to see if I was a match. Once I found out I was a match, it was
on and cracking. My Personal Trainer, Adria Ali, and let me tell you, Girlie
means business..Adria,got me to eating 6 times a day, to bust my
metabolism, drinking 8-10 glasses of water. My workouts with Adria are off
the chain, Girlie dont play. I'm at the Gym no less than five days a week and
as much as 7 days. The gym has become just a way of life for me, it has
saved my life in more ways than one. My family, friends and co-workers
know that if I'm not at home or they cant reach me I'm at the gym and taking
it by storm. When I walk in the gym, I'm like Norm from Cheers, everybody
knows my name...I Holla....lol
