Transformation story

Three months ago, I made the decision to take my health seriously and get in shape. I am 5'10" and had gotten up to 267lbs! This is not where I wanted to be in my life.

Three months ago, I made the decision to take my health seriously and get in shape. I am 5'10" and had gotten up to 267lbs! This is not where I wanted to be in my life.
I started out by hiking a 1.6 mile trail at a local state park. As I progressed I started hiking longer, more rigorous trails. After I was able to hike the longest trail with ease, I started running/jogging the 1.6mi trail and am working my way up. I currently weigh 235lbs and am running/jogging a 3.5mi trail (lots of hills!). When I first started running the 3.5mi, it took me over an hour because I had to keep slowing to a walk. The fist time I ran/jogged it straight through, my time was 54-55 minutes. I have my time down to 39-41 minutes now!
But, I feel like I've hit a plateu with my running and its time to take it to the next level. This is where P90X comes in to play. My ultimate goal is to get down to 200lbs and to tone up and eventually build up a great physique. Its time to Bring It!!
