Hi, I'm Raks Susannah, I'm 43, going through a divorce (that sucks)and just getting my get up and go back. I'm an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, though I'm not currently teaching. I'm also a Belly dancer, my favorite thing in the whole world, and something I am devoting more time and energy to right now because it feels so good. (and maybe give my husband second thought about the divorce).

Well, well, well. I've used beach body programs to get in shape in the past, and lo and behold I totally let myself go. Weighing in at 249.6 on August 25. I'm using ChaLEAN extreme, so let's get it goin' on. OK I completed ChaLEAN extreme and jumped into P90X! I've done p90 back in 2001 and really enjoyed the results. I started p90X on Dec 10th. Today is Jan 8th, 2010 and I weigh 216.2, down 33.5 lbs so far. My pants are baggy now, and this is pretty cool. I'm starting phase II of p90x and somewhere in the back of my mind lurks the words p90x+ and Insanity, but I am not there yet. I presently struggle with impact and pull ups, however many many positive changes in strength, endurance and cardio fitness have transpired and over the next sixty days even more to come, so what seems out of reach at the moment may indeed be closer than I think. I love these programs and Tony rocks socks!
