i saw p90 one nite late on tv it was the people that made it real for me the next day i got on line and read the stories wow then i just knew i had found the right place . i ordered p90 and could not More ...
i saw p90 one nite late on tv it was the people that made it real for me the next day i got on line and read the stories wow then i just knew i had found the right place . i ordered p90 and could not wait to get i seemed like it took forever to get here then it just happened i stayed off the scale and just trusted that if i did the program just like it was laid out it would work. for the first time in my life i felt like i had the right plan meals and workout i used the ladder with the meal plans just kept it simple the rest is history after 90 days i had lost 51 lbs i did not even know the guy in the mirror.thanks to beach body i made some great friends and took my life back, in Tony Horton's words HOW GOOD DOES THAT FEEL great Tony thanks to you all for everything i have been away because of a back surgery but i am back now working out with tony everyday larry lynch
