I am 49 years old, married and the mother of 3 boys age 21, 10 and 7. I have struggled with my weight all my life. Beachbody has truly helped me change my quality of life. The number on the scale doesn't mean as much as the feeling I have JUST PUSH PLAY!! If you do it consistently, you will see results. I never had a beachbody..one day I will. I am a work in progress and won't give up. I am 49 years old, married and the mother of 3 boys age 21, 10 and 7. I have struggled with my weight all my life. Beachbody has truly helped me change my quality of life. The number on the scale doesn't mean as much as the feeling I have when I wake up in the morning. Don't get me wrong..the number does have to come down, but the inches lost and the feeling of strength and empowerment is so much greater! I have been using BeachBody programs for more than 5 years now. Right now I am on my first round of Insanity (March 2011)..very modified I might add. On 8/17/09 I started my second round of Chalean Extreme. I have done complete rounds of Slim n 6, P90, P90MS, P90X and Chalene Extreme. I incorporate Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Yoga Booty Ballet, P90 Fat Burner, and Ho Ala Ke Kinoa into my fitness routine also to mix it up when need be. These products work and they work great. However, my health has been a struggle for me the last 5 years with respiratory issues. Every 3 to 4 months I would get sick, be on meds and it would set me back a month or two in my fitness life and I'd have to start from day one again gaining my strength,endurance and loosing the weight and inches. I firmly believe if I wasn't consistent doing these programs my weight would be double than it is today. Again, the number on the scale isn't as important than the feeling. When I show up 6 days a week, do my best and forget the rest, I'm happy and in turn my family is happy! My mind is in a better place and my day is so much more fullfilled! It's been a rough few years with my health, but I continued to exercise even without seeing much results and yoyoing with being healthy and sick with respiratory issues...no more..I'm on my way to complete health and happiness..I'm plowing my own way towards great health and I'm loving it! Join me 6 days a week and push play..we'll be at our goal in no time! My mental goals are already being achieved. Now the physical goals need to be reached and I'm working toward them right now. One day at a time.
