BEFORE: I am from Calgary, AB have always worked out in the gym's and lifted weights but now that I am working as a firefighter and compete in firefit competitions I have been looking for a new workout. I have just picked up the P90X and love it; I plan on doing this for the winter before I start my Firefit training. It is like nothing I have ever tried before ... and Just on my first week I have

- In week one of phase one of the P90X - already feeling more in shape but my legs still hurt from the plyometrics day. lol
- Week two the soarness is starting to go away - trying to stay More ...

- Week two the soarness is starting to go away - trying to stay consistent with a busy schedule ... Missed a couple of days / yoga X and Kenpo. Not good - will have to work harder next week!
- Week three - feeling good - havent missed a day - pushed it in plyo this week made my legs soar for a couple of days. Neck is a little stiff - Have legs and back today and then Kenpo X tommorow - which finishes me off on phase one!
My body is starting to get alot tighter - need to still work on the diet and cutting bread out of my meals. currently switched to wraps opposed to bread. See if this starts showing my abs more. :)
