I have tried just about every diet...with temporary results. I was was always very thin until I started having children. Four pregnancies and four c-sections was the beginning of my struggles with maintaing a healthy body. It was hard finding the energy and time to exercise and plan healthy menus to loose the baby weight and gain back strength in my core. For many years, exercise was usually my last chore of the evening. And that is why I tried just about every diet possible. I would have great results at first, but I would gain some of the weight back if I quit the diet. I was so busy with family and work and dealing with life's struggles that I somehow just gave up on myself and didn't really care about my health until I had a wake up call. At that point, I started to exercise again and realized how great it made me feel. Now, I am 45 and engaged to a absolute wonderful man. I want to get in a healthy shape to enjoy the second half of life.
